Meet Our Team

Krystal Bonnet, LCPC

Therapist

As a therapist, I specialize in creating a safe, welcoming space where you can explore your emotions and experiences without fear of judgment. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or simply feeling stuck, I’m here to support you in uncovering the solutions and strengths within yourself. My approach combines Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness practices. This allows us to address both the emotional and cognitive aspects of your challenges, helping you gain a deeper understanding of yourself.

With over 9 years of experience, I’ve had the privilege of working with individuals, couples, and families across a variety of settings—ranging from inpatient care to in-home family counseling. I’ve supported clients through mental health challenges, substance use, trauma, grief, navigating relationships and difficult legal situations.

In our work together, my goal is to foster self-awareness and empower you to make meaningful changes in your life. I believe that with the right tools and support, everyone has the potential to heal and grow, and I am here to guide you on that journey.

Megan Jacobs, LGPC

Therapist

Welcome! I’m Megan Jacobs, a Licensed Graduate Professional Counselor in Maryland with a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Capella University. I’m passionate about creating a safe, compassionate space where clients feel heard, understood, and supported.

I believe our early experiences can shape how we view ourselves, navigate relationships, and respond to challenges. My approach is trauma-informed, developmentally informed, and centered on understanding each client as a whole person—not simply their symptoms or struggles. I work with children, adolescents, and adults, tailoring therapy to each individual’s needs, strengths, and goals.

I have experience supporting clients with anxiety, mood disorders, trauma and PTSD, substance use and co-occurring disorders, self-esteem, codependency, life transitions, stress, BPD, and other mental health concerns. My experience includes outpatient and inpatient care, residential treatment, substance use rehabilitation, mobile crisis, and school-based services.

My therapeutic approach incorporates CBT, DBT, trauma-focused, strengths-based, mindfulness, and person-centered approaches. I also enjoy using creative methods such as play and art when they help clients express themselves and connect with their emotions.

Most importantly, I want clients to know they don’t have to have everything figured out before starting therapy. Whether you’re feeling stuck, navigating a difficult transition, struggling with your mental health, or supporting a child or teen through big emotions, I’m here to meet you where you are.

Together, we can make sense of where you’ve been, develop healthier ways to cope, and build the confidence and skills needed to move forward.
