Owner/Therapist

As a therapist, I specialize in creating a safe, welcoming space where you can explore your emotions and experiences without fear of judgment. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or simply feeling stuck, I’m here to support you in uncovering the solutions and strengths within yourself. My approach combines Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness practices. This allows us to address both the emotional and cognitive aspects of your challenges, helping you gain a deeper understanding of yourself.


With over 9 years of experience, I’ve had the privilege of working with individuals, couples, and families across a variety of settings—ranging from inpatient care to in-home family counseling. I’ve supported clients through mental health challenges, substance use, trauma, grief, navigating relationships and difficult legal situations.


In our work together, my goal is to foster self-awareness and empower you to make meaningful changes in your life. I believe that with the right tools and support, everyone has the potential to heal and grow, and I am here to guide you on that journey.

I strive to provide a safe, respectful, and trusting therapeutic environment where clients feel genuinely heard and supported. My goal is to help individuals navigate the challenges of everyday life—whether it's anxiety, depression, grief and loss, addiction, or relationship difficulties.


My approach is eclectic and person-centered, meaning I tailor our work to your unique needs, preferences, and goals. I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all model; instead, I draw from a variety of therapeutic modalities including Reality Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Existential Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. You guide the process—we collaborate to find what works best for you. I can also incorporate spirituality into our sessions if you desire.


With experience in both individual and group therapy, I’ve supported clients facing a wide range of concerns, including substance use, personality disorders, panic disorders, and life transitions. I believe that with the right support, anyone can make meaningful changes and reach their highest potential.
